Moose Tracks
I tend to wish away my days during the holiday season. I am always anticipating the next party, the next experience with family, or the next day off – instead of enjoying the moments in between. The problem with that is I put myself on automatic and truly do not experience each and every moment of the season. It leaves me with a sense of time moving so much faster than it actually does and fewer opportunities to savor all of the great moments over the next month. This season I choose not to wish away my time and my gift to myself is to be present. I think this is the best gift that we can give ourselves – and others. I wish for you the same thing this holiday season…savor the days you have off from work as well as the days you have to work. Enjoy not only the quiet moments of peace with friends and family, but the crowds of people wherever your travels may lead. Just take in all of the opportunities to share the joy of the season with others.I wish you happy holidays and a fantastic new year.back to top
