Call for Change: Band Together Against Racism

August 12, 2020 / 7-8pm / WRAL

We’re partnering with United Way of the Greater Triangle, WRAL, Lincoln Theatre & DPAC to produce
Call for Change: Band Together Against Racism on August 12th.

From 7pm-8pm EST, tune in to WRAL and Facebook Live to check out our state’s premier Artists perform in some of our favorite venues in the Triangle. We’re singing songs for the moment, digging deep into the needs of our community, and banding together to fight racism.

All funds raised from Call for Change will support the Anti-Racism Community Fund

The Anti-Racism Community Fund was created by United Way of the Greater Triangle to address the systemic structures in housing, food, healthcare, education and the workforce that perpetuate racism.

As we look at the areas of need in the Triangle, we have consistently found that our black and brown communities are being disproportionately affected. To truly strengthen our community, we must devote ourselves to a more equitable future for everyone.

Tune In, Call In, and Join Us in the Fight for a Better Triangle
