Get your tickets for Daryl Hall and John Oates

It’s time to get ready for this year’s biggest Main Event yet! Come out and support Band Together’s May 3 nonprofit concert headlined by legendary duo Daryl Hall & John Oates. Appearing as special guest will be Robert Randolph & The Family Band, bringing their distinctive mix of rock, funk and rhythm & blues. And, the winner of “Last Band Standing,” Jack the Radio, will perform during an opening spot.This year we’re raising the bar by moving the Main Event to Walnut Creek Amphitheatre, the Triangle-Area’s largest outdoor music venue. All proceeds will go to support Band Together’s 2014 nonprofit partners, Communities In Schools of Wake County and Communities In Schools of Durham.Tickets for the event range from $49 (in advance) for general seating/Upper House Reserved to premium Gold Circle seating for $95 (additional fees not included). Blues, Beer and BBQ – Join Our March After Work Social

Blue Note GrillJoin us for our March After Work Social at The Blue Note Grill in Durham, March 13 from 6-9 pm.  There’ll be live blues, barbeque and beer – plus Band Together friends and the great folks from Communities In Schools of Durham and Communities In Schools of Wake County.We’ll have drink specials - $5 Blue Margaritas – snacks, a trivia contest and Blue Note Grill will give $1 to CIS for every 1/2 or full rack of ribs they sell! Results of the “Last Band Standing” are in!

If you missed the biggest baddest “Last Band Standing” competition we’ve had to date last Saturday, we don’t envy you! On Saturday, March 1 at Lincoln Theatre, nearly 600 fans came to rock out, helping us raise more than $10,000 to benefit Band Together’s 2014 nonprofit partnership with Communities In Schools of Wake County and Communities In Schools of Durham.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NthllcG4i_4Jack the Radio won the battle of the bands, taking home $3,500 in cash plus the coveted spot in the line-up for our May 3 spring concert event headlined by legendary duo Daryl Hall & John Oates May 3 at Walnut Creek Amphitheatre.Check out more LBS Photos!back to top

Raleigh’s Hottest Fashion Show is Almost Here!

We’re excited to partner with the Emerge Fashion Show 2014, bringing together leading local designers to showcase their new styles on the runway, along with emerging designers showcasing their work.Emerge 2014 chose Band Together as their nonprofit partner, and will donate a portion of the proceeds raised at this event to us! Save the Dates!

Triangle-Rock-Club2Band Together has two upcoming events to mark on your calendars. First, we’ll have a different social on April 6 (Sunday) from 6-9pm at the Triangle Rock Club in Raleigh. We’ll provide climbing gear, live music from Flash Car and, after you’ve scaled the walls, some beer and snacks.Rock N Roll MarathonOn Sunday, April 13, Band Together will be manning the first water station for runners in the First Annual Rock 'n’ Roll Marathon in Raleigh. We need LOTS of volunteers at the event which will offer us lots of visibility, and of course the opportunity to provide life-sustaining water for parched runners!
