It's that time of year...to Volunteer

Making a Difference – Nicole CollinsThere are a lot of volunteers who make Band Together special, and this month we'd like to single one out. Nicole Collins has not only come to every monthly Tammy Lynn Center volunteer event but has recruited volunteers to join her. At one event, when asked how our participating volunteers got involved, 90 percent of them said "through Nicole." Her passion for volunteering and enthusiasm for the community have helped make our monthly Roadies activities a HUGE success. Why become part of the team? Our volunteers are people who work hard, know how to have a great time and love their community.  Besides contributing to a fantastic cause and the community, volunteering with BT is a great way to get to know other movers and shakers in the Triangle. It's a perfect place to meet new people, see old friends, and make a difference.  And listening to awesome, local live music… well, that’s just a bonus! What can you do?If you want to be a part of our team we’d love to have you.  Here are a few of the ways you can help:With the Main Event

  • VIP – Event planners, hobnobbers, and hosts/hostesses with the most, help show our VIP guests a good time.
  • SILENT AUCTION – Make auction items pop and bidders clamor for the hottest “big-ticket” at the tables.
  • SET-UP/LOGISTICS - There's a LOT to do the day of the event, but it's all fun. We need extra hands and minds to make sure our event is a huge success.
