Moose Tracks

By Matt “Moose” Strickland, Band Together Executive DirectorMooseWe just held our 3rd Annual “Last Band Standing” event at Lincoln Theatre on March 2. Four of the best NC-based bands competed for a cash prize and an opportunity to open up our 2013 Main Event. These were four different bands in every sense of the word. But, there was one obvious commonality…you could see they loved making music. You could tell that every member of each band was completely passionate about creating great music and sharing it with the world. How different would life be if we could find that magic formula of creativity, worth and passion in our own work? I challenge you to think about your career, and if you are not there yet then create it, or find a space in which you can!back to top
