Band Together is thrilled to bring Son Volt to Raleigh on May 19th. Head to downtown Raleigh to The Lincoln Theatre where great music and local altruism will collide from 6:30PM until 11PM with a FREE 11PM - 2AM after show inside Lincoln Theatre. This is a 21+ event.  Cabarrus Street will be closed off, so feel free to bring a lawn chair (and your dancing shoes) for this outdoor event. Price is $17.50 in advance. 5 Bands for one price and one great cause. Sponsors will get red carpet VIP treatment so don't be shy about stepping up a bit for the cause. Individual sponsorships begin with only a $150 contribution. Band Together also welcomes local recording artists Kennebec and Balsa Gliders.  A FREE late night show, inside Lincoln Theatre, space permitting, will be performed by Hank Sinatra & Wrinkle Neck Mules.

By participating in our youth mentoring programs, Little Brothers and Sisters are more confident in their schoolwork performance, get along better with their families, are 46% less likely to begin using illegal drugs, 27% less likely to begin using alcohol, and 52% less likely to skip school.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Triangle not only needs your financial support by way of a ticket purchase or a donation, but they need those qualified to serve as Big Brothers and Sisters to volunteer to be a mentor.
